One-on-one coaching

Coaching is a dynamic collaborative process, to support you in achieving your goals. The strength in the process is in the collaboration. Each coaching session includes new information, accountability, and support. We will review what you have accomplished since the last meeting and what steps are next in the action plan. In addition to discussions, we will provide you with relevant articles, exercises, videos, and or books. 

Sample 3-Month Coaching Plan
We schedule a 1.5-hour follow up, 2 months’ post engagement, to support your long-term vision.

This is an example of a three-month coaching plan. Each coaching engagement is unique and the plan will be tailored to your needs to allow for the greatest success in achieving the identified goals. Your coaching engagement will be designed to your unique needs and may include a values profile, strengths finder self-assessment, 360-degree review, personality assessment, and success mapping.

Month 1

  • Three, 1-hour coaching meetings.
  • Review of MBTI© and Gallup StrengthsFinder results.
  • Identify your strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Collect information about your current goals and challenges.
  • Your coach prepares for each meeting and sends you post-meeting notes and action items.
  • Your coach is available for email and phone check-ins.

Month 2

  • Three, 1-hour coaching meetings each month.
  • We develop action plans to leverage strengths, shore up weaknesses and achieve goals.
  • We create a long-term vision for your success.
  • If applicable, your coach will shadow your meetings to witness your communication style.
  • Your coach prepares for each meeting and sends you post-meeting notes and action items.
  • Your coach is available for email and phone check-ins.

Month 3

  • Three, 1-hour coaching meetings each month.
  • We continue to refine actions and activities to achieve your goals.
  • Your coach prepares for each meeting and sends you post-meeting notes and action items.
  • Your coach is available for email and phone check-ins.
